Service Air Technology was incorporated in May 2017. In early 2016, Luciano Morin and Alan C. Burden Jr., co-owners/founders, believed there to be an opportunity for a qualified and skilled minority-owned HVAC contractor in central Ohio. It was out of this belief that Service Air Technology was created. Today, Service Air Technology is one of the largest 100% minority-owned HVAC contractors in Columbus, Ohio. We serve residential and commercial customers in Columbus, Ohio, and its surrounding areas.

Meet the Owners
Alan C. Burden, Jr.
President & Co-Owner
After a successful 20 years in corporate America working in various business management/administration, sales, and leadership roles, Alan followed his dream of entrepreneurship. In November 2020, Alan left his corporate career to join Service Air Technology, full-time, as its President. His duties and responsibilities include strategic direction/growth, sales/account management, business administration, and community engagement.
Luciano Morin
General Manager & Co-Owner
As the standard bearer of excellent service, Luciano Morin has worked in the HVAC industry for more than 20 years. His experience in HVAC spans both residential and commercial applications. Having held various roles and assignments, his attention to detail and ability to lead a team of highly trained and experienced technicians is second to none. Luciano went full-time at Service Air Technology as its General Manager in February 2020.
